Michael Hodgman of 6 Paul street Auburn was known for kitchen renos and small house jobs and in turn started building multi-million dollars metal building and commercial level projects illegally.
Every deposit he took for a contracting job post 2019 went south and Michael Hodgman started blocking or ducking calls of people he promised work for.
He gave out fake receipts, fake invoices for parts, orders, and committed fraud up front to look legitimate to acquire the trust on the deposit and then starts the excuses, health, car crash, covid-19, parts delays, family member dying while spending your money on his new lifestyle. Up until 2020, Mike had a great reputation, then the STEAL started. As of now over 3million dollars in judgements
Sadly, through our network a bunch of us through word of mouth found each other and started to share the same story. As of right now the tally of missing deposits and bad work is alledgely over 1 million dollars.
As of Michael's recent spiral downhill, his wife Eryca Hodgman of many years has left for good due to personal and business dealings. And now his house is in full foreclosure.

Read the 28 page counterclaim in the links at the bottom of the page. David Fisher and Michael Hodgman of Davron Equipment LLC "seem" to be involved in a large pattern of fraud over these years. David is aware of this site and Michael's fraudulent efforts yet STILL employees him. This case is extra interesting as Michael did his typical fraud schtick and now they are plantiffs and defendants in the same court of law. Hope this cost you lots of money David, as i don't see this ending well for you. You realize when this goes to court we will all be there, and helping the defense if asked.
With the DA aware of this page, We recommend everyone go fill out an incident report and charges with their local police department. Or file criminal with the clerk magistrate. Michael has already skipped this court date, and next day is sentencing which hell skip too. Warrants coming soon.

Mike Hodgman was a very good tenant of mine for almost 6 yrs. Always helping me with different things. Not sure what happened but his last rent payment was Jan. 2023. He kept telling me "rent is coming, just be patient". Told me some "attorneys" were not paying HIM for work he did and his secretary also stole money from him. Said he had a trailer sold for cash & would have rent in couple of weeks. Then he stopped answering my texts, phonecalls & letters. I never saw another dime. Now I can't get his stuff off my property so I can rent to someone else.
A guy I spoke to who was scammed told me Hodgman was having Botox & other wrinkle treatments at his wife's Spa in Feb. 2023. So.... he couldn't pay rent but was having Botox!
This same guy also told me he filed in court against Hodgman for larceny by check and has a court date before a judge on Jan. 24th, 2024 in Dudley District Court. Unfortunately
I cannot attend. Would love to look him in the eye. He owes me over $12K right now. The Atty I hired last May was of no help at all, seems he was also lying to me so I had to get a new atty.
I am a 76 year old woman whose husband died a few years ago. I am so upset that Hodgman continues to do business and get away with scamming people. He accidental texted a friend of mine. In the text he said "Eastland" doesn't need the trucks! Sounds to me like he is still working. The text from Hodgman came from a number I do not recognize: 978-333-9339

Apparently cheating, lying and being a scumbag isn't just work related, he brought it into his household as well. So in one calendar year Michael Hodgman lost his wife, house, and basically his full reputation. And pending Leins against any sort of assets and personal for the rest of his days.
